We met Jason in mid November 2019 when we approached him to assume the six month old listing of our parent's home from another agency. We didn't really have time to get to know each other very well because Jason sold our parent's home within about 5 weeks of listing with a quick closing on January 7, 2020. We can say that Jason responded to our initial request promptly and professionally. We also noted that Jason and his team communicated all showings and buyer comments to us in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend that you consider Jason Wheeldon if selling a home in his market area.

Jason is hands down the most competent, hard working and knowledgeable realtor in Cranbrook. He helped us find our first home in 2013 and then sold that house for us in 2018. His in depth knowledge of the area and his appraisal of our home landed us a full price offer in 24 hours.
House hunting is not always easy but Jason made it as enjoyable as possible and really went the extra mile for us (he even FaceTimed us through a house while we were travelling). Through the many homes he showed us, he remained dedicated and loyal, sometimes even talking us out of homes that he knew weren’t what we wanted when we were ready to just settle. That’s what I truly loved about our experience working with Jason - he conducts his business with integrity and really cares about making sure people end up with a home they love.

With Astronomical customer service, and keeping our best interests in heart (which is rare, as most people are just living to make a buck), Jason Wheeldon and Kaytee Wheaton both went not only above and beyond, but held our hands every step of the way. For the selling process (which was late in the fall during the slow season), I usually have that "I know better than you" feeling, but against my judgement, we followed Jason's expert advice, and our house sold in record time (just a few weeks, not even a month on the market), for more than we had hoped. They walked us through every selling step, including how to prepare our home for viewing (because we had zero clue). The constant communication (even at midnight on a few nights) was a blessing. For the negotiation and close, the negotiation lasted less than 24 hours, and the close was flawless.
For the buying process, Jason and Kaytee made sure they knew every ounce of what we were looking for and helped us rapidly find a house that was not only better than everything in our purchasing range, but was even better than what we had hoped for! Jason contacted us one night with "I think I've found the perfect house for you" (Not only did we immediately love the house, but this house swiftly became our dream home) The negotiations for the purchase of our house was incredibly fast (less than an hour fast), and we've been discovering more and more wonderful things about our home all the time.
